Their nationwide operations extend to every business sector, helping thousands of companies and organisations to recycle, process or otherwise dispose of every category of waste in a responsible, eco-friendly and cost-efficient manner.
In undertaking the role you will be expected to ensure healthy growth and build rapport with key contacts. You will be responsible for your own budget number and forecasting of budget expectations to ensure regional targets are met. As a regional account manager you will carry out regular business reviews and work with internal account coordinators to maintain customer's details. In conjunction with identifying potential growth, you will have to convert these opportunities into intangible results.
The right candidate will need:
· A proven successful track record managing existing contracts and securing new business
· To be comfortable dealing with accounts in the range of £2-5m.
· Experience in the Waste Management or construction industry
· To be analytical, professional and a good communicator
· The ability to handle and manage high volume of work, short deadlines and travel
