SPECIALIST SALES ADVISOR - Bristol

Basic Salary between £16,000 and £20,000 dependant on experience

Our client are a specialist retailer in the UK, their stores offer a superb solution for those with back pain in all areas of life. In terms of products they offer, high design relation furniture, high technology sleeping systems, dynamic office seating and desking.

This is an exciting opportunity to join this specialist retailer, who have a strong reputation for product excellence and offering exceptional levels of customer service.

JOB ROLE:

Reporting to the Store Manager and working alongside a small team of specialists, your key responsibility will be to deliver excellence in customer service, by supporting the customer and offering them knowledge and advice to make the purchase choice that is right for them.
This is very much a sales through service environment, so we are looking for individuals who have a credible sales background, but who have excellent customer interface skills and have the ability to talk to our customers in a clam and clear manor.

You will work as a team and also on your own, but you will also support in aspects of running the store on a when required. This role may also involve some medium to heavy lifting, due to the product category in store.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

- Ideally have worked in a customer facing sales through service environment
- Passionate about meeting the expectations of the customer
- Knowledge of back pain, this could be physiotherapy, University degree, sport related, or direct product knowledge
- A team player, who thrives in a customer facing environment
- Confident, intelligent with excellent numeracy and IT skills
