Responsibilities:
As part of a dynamic customer service and billing team, you will provide superior customer service to achieve ‘Very Satisfied’ business customers (including industrial/HSIS/streamline blue tariffs, all trade effluent and multi-site customers).

You will also provide an effective and efficient billing service, dealing with day-to-day contact from business customers, ensuring a timely and positive resolution to their issues and queries. Providing administrative support to services, projects and initiatives initiated by and for the team is crucial to this role.

Requirements:
Ideally you will be educated to GCSE standard with a Grade C in both English and Maths.   You should possess proven experience in a customer facing/facilitator role.

Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential in this role, along with solid IT and numerical skills.  You should have the confidence to deal with internal and external customers at all levels, whilst being able to work well under pressure, ensuring you meet tight deadlines.  The ability to work with a flexible approach is vital to this role.
