A market leader is currently recruiting for a Salesforce Operations Manager to join their team based in Berkshire. In order to be considered for this position, you will have excellent hands on Salesforce Administration experience as well as man-management / team leader experience.
This role is responsible for the management and support of an offshore team and experience in this area is crucial.

Responsibilities:
-Execute market-leading Salesforce.com Admin and Operations, operating on-budget and towards agreed SLAs
- Manage, through the offshore team, all ad-hoc user enquiries, support requests, and day-day issues resolving them within SLA and to high user satisfaction. Ensure robust release testing is conducted to time.
-Manage an off shore team including hiring, managing churn, designing and documenting processes, meeting increase in demand, and provide recommendation on approach.
-Work with the Salesforce Project, Training and Development Manager to ensure that all change requests are reviewed and clearly understood so that they can be included in discussions relating to future functionality releases
-Ensure that the team are fully conversant with all new functionality, including:
oAchievement & maintenance of SFDC Certification
oUnderstanding of all new functionality released by SFDC
-Actively review and recommend ways of improving customer experience and satisfaction with support provided.

Experience:
-Experience in managing offshore functions, people and teams
-Strong communication skills Needs to be recognised as a system expert
-Excellent relationship builder in particular, able to build strong links with SFDC user base.
-Salesforce.com Certification Admin ADM 201 maintained with each new SFDC release.
-Willingness to undertake ADM 301 and certification for Advanced Administrator.
-Experience in management and organisation of large system administration and complex global user base

All candidates will be based out of my clients state of the art offices in Berkshire. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK and must have man management experience.
