The role of Workforce Management Solution Architect is to be the Design Authority for the end to end technical and service solution for mobile workforce management (WFM) deals.
The role will be responsible for working with sales in order to design, cost, and document the solution to be offered to customers.

The role will specialise in the mobile workforce management sector, but a wider appreciation of products and services in the portfolio is required in order to best advise customers and shape engagements appropriately.

As a Workforce Management Solution Architect your main responsibilities will:

* Lead and facilitate workshops between the customer and technical specialists to elicit requirements and assist in creating solutions to meet them.
* Document solutions in RFP responses, proposals and Statements of Work.
* Assist in the production of appropriate collateral to increase efficiency, scalability and repeatability in the department according to industry best practise.
* Use up-to-date skills in the workforce management industry and competitor products to input into product and services strategy.

As a Workforce Management Solution Architect your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

* In-depth background in Consultancy in IT
* Excellent presentation and influencing skills
* Knowledge of collaborative and mobile application, especially in relation to Mobile Field Service Management or scheduling applications.
* Expertise in pre-sales - carrying out high level design, feasibility studies, proof of concepts etc
* Expertise in dealing with large corporate customers

Ideally, you'll have experience in a diverse working environment and be sensitive to cultural differences. Strong influencing, communication and decision-making skills are also essential.
