JOB PURPOSE

First line point of contact with the public delivering the highest standards of customer care
Handles fast-track and certificates in boxes
Processing all record claims relating to subject specialist area according to determined service level of agreements
Coordinate research projects
General support for the team globally

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Become responsible for selected categories and research these categories periodically to ensure that our records are up-to-date
Processing and responding to all webforms and enquiries
Assisting claimants over the phone and email to provide related information by email and phone.
Processing all subject specialist claims by sending relevant Guidelines or Rejections emails.
Researching into new subject specialist categories and writing suitable guidelines and setting minimums for the attempts.
Reviewing all evidence received for the subject specialist claims; verifying accurately the evidence sent in, printing and sending out records certificates.
Provide a first assessment and undertake initial desktop research to evaluate the scope and nature of the research involved for commissioned research projects.
Write clear research briefs to external consultants and carry out research for commission research projects.
In some instances where external input is not required the researcher will be able to provide sufficient substantiation for the analysed claim
Communicate with internal clients and external research agencies and consultants
Taking ownership of specific projects based on record processing and the provision of record related information.
Providing record related information to other departments.
Liaison with PR/Marketing about claims with a specific PR value.
Communication to TV/PR/EDITOR of valuable content for exploitation.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Educational Level:
Business Degree Essential

Relevant experience
This role would suit a RECENT GRADUATE with RELEVANT WORK EXPOSURE. AN ADDITIONAL LANGUAGE WOULD BE ADVANTAGEOUS
