A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a FTSE 250 company that are seeking sales professionals to join as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.

SThree are a Global Specialist Recruitment Company placing mid to senior level candidates into roles within the Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Banking & Finance, IT and Public Sector industries.

The role:

* Business Development
* Account Management
* Sourcing suitable candidates via networking, headhunting and placing adverts.
* Cold calling, building long lasting relationships and selling at every stage.

You:

* Ideally have a degree although this is not essential
* 12 months minimum experience working within a sales environment
* Be self motivated and have a desire to excel your career quickly, where you enjoy working towards targets and incentives.
