Business Analyst / Technical BA (CRM / Revenue Reporting). Global Investment Bank is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst / BA with experience of sales and client facing technology within an Investment Bank environment. You will be responsible for the end to end delivery of client relationship management (CRM), event management and client revenue reporting across the bank.

Excellent opportunity to take on a high profile position within a professional and dynamic environment that rewards success. Happy to consider candidates with a start date towards the end of Q1.

Requirements:
* Extensive experience as an IT Business Analyst with a track record of successful project delivery through close collaboration with both business and IT
* Substantial experience working with enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and / or client revenue reporting applications within an Investment Bank, preferably within the Sales IT area
* Creative problem solver with the ability to identify process improvement with a logical, systematic approach
* Excellent communication skills, adept at requirements gathering and client liaison
* Degree educated
