This is an exciting Customer Marketing Manager position with huge opportunity for growth that would suit a sociable and ambitious marketer.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting into the Commercial Manager you will provide marketing direction and strategy to the Commercial and Development functions within the business as well as providing market data analysis both internally and externally to key clients.

You will prepare customer presentations on market data, development briefs and undertake specific projects on product and market reviews.

Within this customer facing role you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with external retail partners, understanding their needs and using your commercial acumen to identify areas for growth.

As the Customer Marketing Manager you will ensure effective communication on all relevant issues with Senior Management and internal teams, particularly New Product Development and the rest of the Commercial team.

Through regular retailer store audits you will undertake and communicate the results in order to identify new product introductions and emerging market trends.

The ideal candidate

With proven success in a Category Manager/Marketing Manager position, within a FMCG, Consumer Goods, Food or Drink background you will be self-motivated, with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.

You will be highly analytical with experience of key data sources such as Kantar, Neilsen and Dunnhumby and comfortable converting this data insight into recommendations.

You will be a sociable 'people person' with an ambitious mind set and hands on approach.

You will have excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to manage your time effectively.
