The largest customer acquisition agency in the UK is looking for a Senior Account Manager / Account Director. The company service over 40 blue chip clients with billings in excess of £80m, the company deal with all aspects of online and offline media campaigns for companies in every market sector. The company is split, in location, between London and Leeds, with the teams working very much in unison on the projects. The company are part of a large media network which has a huge influence over media activity globally.

Due to a change in the team structures, as well as new accounts won, they are looking for a senior member for their Digital team, which is currently a team of 6. This role would suit someone who is looking to move away from a purely hands on implementation focused role, to one where strategy and planning is more at the forefront.
This role would be very heavily involved with the client and requires strong account management and client services skills. You will be handling campaigns across PPC, SEO and display, with the focus being in that order. There will be a requirement for you to be hands on at certain busy times etc, so you will need to demonstrate the ability to implement campaigns across PPC, SEO and display.

As well as the hands on aspect, with strategy, planning and implementation, the company are looking for someone who can help support the team. You would be involved with day to day management, training and support of the junior team members along with the control of work flow and projects through the team.

Ideally, the company is looking for someone with 3-4 years or more of experience in an Account Management focused role for a digital agency dealing with PPC, SEO and display accounts, although client side will be considered for large accounts or multiple brands.

You will be familiar with the relevant PPC, SEO and display tools. You will be able to give examples of strong relationships built with previous clients and results gained as a result of those relationships.
