As a graduate/trainee recruitment consultant you have the opportunity to earn a vast amount of money with this company's uncapped, no threshold commission structure.
My client is a leading Recruitment business with an exceptional reputation in the market for the quality and efficiency of their recruitment process. They are looking to expand and are currently on the lookout for money hungry graduate/trainee recruitment consultants with a passion for hard work and the desire to drive their career forward within an industry which is currently worth 26.5billion in the UK alone.

What will you be doing as a graduate/trainee recruitment consultant:
* As a trainee recruitment consultant you will oversee the entire recruitment process managing both candidates and clients from day one
* You will be responsible for building a desk in your specific niche market
* You will source candidates, cold call potential clients, interview candidates, shortlist and present candidates to clients and negotiate salaries before closing the deal
* You will need to be self motivated and able to manage your own time as it will be up to you to find your own clients and candidates
* You will have a direct influence over your salary and career progression

Skills needed to be a graduate/trainee recruitment consultant:
* Graduate 2:1 or above in any discipline and strong academic background
* Strong sales ability
* Influencing and negotiation skills
* Be able to think outside the box
* Excellent communication skills- both written and oral
* Target driven and able to achieve and exceed targets
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Ability to focus on end results and be able to be self motivated
* Problem solver
* Pro-active approach
* Financial motivation

Sales experience will strengthen you application although due to the standard of training provided is not essential.
