The Shared Service function consists of approximately 100 people, in the areas of: order to cash (accounts receivable and credit control), purchase to pay (accounts payable), record to report (general accounting), payroll, HR and related support services.

About the role
As a HR administrator you will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective administrative function alongside another member of the team.
You'll provide administrative tasks including new starter, change forms, leaver and position creation for all system users. You'll advise line managers and staff of procedures, system use, pay and benefit queries.
You'll be responsible for dealing with ad hoc queries and providing reference requests.

About You
Highly motivated and organised you will have an understanding of HR Practices and procedures. You'll have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to work alone or as part of a team.
You'll have the ability to work towards demanding deadlines and will take a proactive approach to identifying problems.
Ideally you'll have knowledge of right to work obligations in the UK and experience using our system, Trent but this isn't essential.
