IT Helpdesk Support Engineer - Stoke, Staffordshire - £19-22k

If you're an IT Helpdesk Support Engineer at the start of your career, and perhaps feeling like you're treading water and want to join a large, enterprise-scale organisation with an informal, family feel, this could be the Helpdesk role for you!

This IT Helpdesk Support Engineer post has arisen due to an internal promotion - this firm are keen on their Engineers advancing their careers whenever possible. Joining a vibrant Helpdesk you'll be providing 1st and 2nd Line support around Active Directory, Exchange admin, Outlook, Windows 7 / 8 and BlackBerrys, amongst other tech. You'll work within an ITIL environment.

You'll work within a diverse and large team of IT Support specialists and supporting a range of internal customers - due to the global nature of our customer's business you'll be rotad into working earlies, lates, weekends and nights - for which you'll receive extra pay.

You may be currently working within an IT call centre environment or you may be a 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer in a smaller organisation - what's really important is you bring a spark and desire to learn!! You must be able to prove you can work under little supervision to deliver a high-quality level of service, going above-and-beyond the average!

This isn't your average IT Helpdesk Support Engineer role and you won't be restricted or feel unchallenged - your hard work and achievements will be recognised and rewarded. Our customer can also offer a highly secure and stable environment.
