Project Scope
Everis UK are looking for 2 Consultants to join the IT Outsourcing Practise to work on a number of pre-existing projects.

Role Profile
The candidate should be able to demonstrate "Hands on" Knowledge in:

- Technician/Infrastructure:
Windows and Linux environments: monitoring, basic administration, basic installation (hands-on experience), best practices. Virtual farm experience desirable (VMware and/or Citrix).

- Windows:
Desktop (XP and Windows 7) hands-on experience and Server (2003 and 2008) basic Support, basic networking administration and storage configuration.

- Database:
Basic to medium experience on Microsoft SQL Server basic administration.

- Peripherals:
Peripheral basic administration (printers, scanners, etc.).

- Application Support:
Basic standard commercial application support like Microsoft Office and similar. Hands-on experience in specific.

- ITIL Fundamentals:
Compliant documentation, respect client methodology, documentation and basic deliverable preparation
will be appreciated but is not mandatory.

- Hands-on experience in specific Insurance applications

Candidate Profile:
- The candidate should come from a Infrastructure basis: Desktop, Server, User Applications, Communication
- The candidate must be able to collaborate with a multi-cultural team being a member of the Technical Support Team: Good communication skill required and positive/friendly attitude, ability to solve conflicts
- Availability to support several activities (monitoring, basic operation, problem resolution, incident follow-up)
- Strong commitment to a project with objective based results
- Ability to report to operative management
- Availability to be part of a rota shift Team (8x5). Own time control and chargeability. Availability to travel (Europe) if needed
- Languages: English mother tongue or Fluent (London based mandatory) and Spanish (valuable), other languages will be appreciated
