Due to continued growth within their organisation they urgently require a talented Telecommunications Manager. They are working on a wide variety of projects which includes a telephony upgrade and they require someone has managed these kind of projects before.
They require someone who has a professional approach to management with proven success performing this role in a previous organisation. Our client is looking for someone who has an excellent understanding of voice and data technologies and excellent leadership qualities.
Successful candidates with a good understanding of the following :
·Avaya Voice systems
·Tiger telephony information systems
·Genesys CTI (inbound and outbound)
·TCP/IP network protocol
Experience working in a corporate environment is preferred.
