Quant Capital is urgently looking for an Application / Production Support Analyst to join our high profile client.

Our client is the world's leading portfolio accounting and investment management platform.

As a main part of the production team, you are the main intermediary between the client and the development team based offshore. You will be part of the team responsible for the provision of support to existing customers of my clients software and its modules and features.
 You support and train clients, as well as providing functional assistance during client upgrades. You will be responsible for running your own projects as well as working closely with presales.

* Support clients on all functional queries
* Support all upgrades
* Implementations
* Development interaction
* Implementation testing

The role requires the candidate to work independently, and is collaborative in nature. The candidate should be adept at problem solving through innovation, making confident decisions under pressure with aggressive timeframes and have a proven track record on successfully overseeing a number of projects of differing scales.

Candidates must have:
* 2 years commercial experience of Implementation or Consultancy or Support
* Experience in back office systems
* Experience of Fund Accounting
* Degree
* Experience Client facing
* Ideally experience in a Bank or Fund

This role suits someone from a software support or implementation background that is looking to take on serious responsibility.
 You will also have to sign an NDA due to the close proximity you have to funds very important IP. We are looking for consultants who want to take ownership of products and take considerable responsibility and the bonus that goes with that.
