The department of Careers and Employability at the University is seeking to appoint an experienced Career Consultant to work at the University’s Warrington campus on a full-time basis.
 The role will involve delivering careers information advice and guidance to students and graduates of the University, negotiating partnership agreements to deliver inputs to courses as part of the academic curriculum, researching graduate labour market information; and liaising with graduate employers.
 The role will also involve supporting a wide caseload of degree disciplines including Media, Business, Policing, Education and Social Work.

You should be qualified careers guidance practitioners with recent experience of delivering advice and/or guidance services to adults and/or students in the HE/FE sectors.
 Excellent presentation skills, the ability to build productive networks, and a good knowledge of the graduate labour market are essential requirements.
