Overview:
Our client is currently looking for an ambitious and experienced Contracts Manager in the Cladding and Curtain Walling Industrial sector to join the company on a permanent basis covering the whole of the South of the UK.

Our client focuses on numerous Cladding and Curtain walling projects and has an outstanding reputation in the market place as well as healthy order book.

The candidate will be able to professionally run 2 to 3 projects at any one time , offering advice to Site Managers and liaising with clients and ensuring projects are completed on budget and on program.

About the Role:

• Deliver high value projects and have an excellent knowledge of the industrial Cladding or Curtain walling sector.
• Run multiple projects simultaneously
• Manage sub-contract labour
• Oversee all works and run a clean and functioning site
• Liaising and constantly communicating with management and Sub Contractors

About the Candidate:

• Have run projects of £1m or more
• Have extensive knowledge of various flat roofing systems
• Must have 5 or more years previous experience within the industrial cladding sector
• Be dedicated and be willing to put in the hours required to achieve results
• MUST have SMSTS
• MUST be happy to travel UK wide
• Enjoy a challenge
