Due to our continuing growth, we are looking for ambitious candidates to join our divisions as Trainee (Associate) Recruitment Consultants. The role incorporates two main elements Business Development involves cold calling new clients and warm calling current clients, generating new business leads and giving clients a top level of service. Candidate Generation involves attracting and headhunting some of the Worlds top professionals, building rapport and getting them interested in your vacancies.

I am responsible for building our Legal, Tax, Company Secretarial and Public Practice Accountancy Divisions. Candidates and clients in these sectors like to deal with high calibre people who can demonstrate an understanding of their sectors, either through studying qualifications at University or having work experience in their fields. I am therefore looking for corporate graduates in these fields who would like to use their skills and understanding in these areas, to cross train into a recruitment career. You could be a legal graduate who is not set on going into Law, or have recently worked with an Accountancy Firm and want a more stimulating career.
