SThree is looking for a number of highly motivated, confident, money hungry candidates to join our fast growing Bristol office.
Despite the recent economic climate we have strong and ambitious growth plans and Huxley Associates are very pleased to open this new office; currently we have over 60 offices globally and are looking to open more this year you could see yourself onto the international career ladder in no time!

At SThree we offer meritocratic career progression and you will work closely alongside our top performing consultants, some of whom are the current top billers in the company! This could be you after just 3 years, first year consultants average around £35k, 2nd year £70k and 3rd year £100K + but with an uncapped commission structure, its in your hands to write your own pay cheque!

A typical day will include networking, sourcing and screening high quality candidates via cold calling and social media, liaising with clients, face to face and on the telephone as well as selling our services to candidates and clients to win business. A strong academic background is required and sales experience is preferred but this is not essential.
