A global communications company who provide products and innovations in IP and cloud networking based in South London are looking for Production Support Engineer. As the right candidate for this role you will maintain assembly specifications.

As the production support engineer you will be required:
- To have Fibre handling and splicing experience.
- To provide technical support during the manufacture of a product
- To identify requirements for the provision of new process equipment
- To review Engineering developments for manufacturability ahead of Production implementation
- To design new / develop existing tooling and processes
- To provide work procedures, build instructions and other supporting documentation
- To obtain safety approvals and risk assessment for any new process
- To carry out evaluations and qualification programs, as required, to support new product/component design requirements
- To continually review processes in order to reduce variability, costs and waste in the pursuit of zero defects
- To arrange machine maintenance, repair and service contract arrangements
- To interface with other Departments in order to resolve Production issues
