We are currently looking for an Account Manager to develop our existing client relationships, onboard new clients and develop relationships to ensure SkyIQ are consistently delivering efficiency and effectiveness improvements to their marketing returns.
Our clients are typically complex blue chip business to consumer marketers with significant customer relationship management challenges and the successful candidate will have a track record dealing with stakeholders within these businesses. To be successful in this role, you must be entrepreneurial, have great client relationship management skills and proven expertise in data driven marketing across consumer marketing channels.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Managing a portfolio of named client accounts and achieving revenue growth targets within an established framework of business engagement; working with a Client Development Manager to identify and close larger contract growth opportunities.
* Leading monthly/quarterly client review sessions with a focus on conveying the value from the existing and new services provided SkyIQ
* Maintaining and expanding relationships within existing clients
* Providing oversight on all project and service delivery to the clients
* Developing proposals and delivering sales presentations to senior client executives
* Proactively identifying approaches, techniques and tools to improve customer/prospect management strategies within the client
* Establishing and /or participating in client marketing performance review and strategy sessions
* Understanding the client business model and current consumer marketing approaches to inform SkyIQ product/resource investment strategies and proposals
* Shape internal SkyIQ change data, software and service roadmaps to maximise client and SkyIQ opportunities in the media marketplace
For the role, we would be looking for you to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
* Proven experience in creating and managing a client relationship founded on respect within a blue chip business to consumer client
* Good understanding and practical experience of the application of closed loop marketing techniques across digital, direct and ATL media
* Sound commercial and operational understanding of enterprise-level consumer organisations, including marketing, sales, consumer operations and finance and ability to influence stakeholders across these groups
* A strong commercial focus with the ability to quantify, realise and communicate the return on investment of client contracts
* Experience in communicating continued value to a client of a long term business relationship and delivery of growth revenues within these contracts
* Proven leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across cross-functional teams.
* Strong quantitative, analytical & problem solving skills with excellent attention to detail
* Superior ability to drive multiple projects and adapt to a fast changing environment
