PROJECT MANAGER RAIL MAIN CONTRACTOR £40-50K + Package SOUTH EAST LONDON/DARTFORD
My client is a highly successful UK main contractor that works within the Rail industry. They have contracts with a lot of the major industrial and commercial companies in the south east of England including Metronet, Tube Lines and Network Rail.
Due to rapid expansion, they are actively seeking a Project Manager to look after key projects in the Kent and Central London area. The Project Manager will be someone who can look after projects from conception to completion, order materials, can do all the necessary paperwork, can do task briefings, construction phase plans, work package plans. They would also have experience in managing projects of a minimum of £1M in value. The successful candidates will predominately be working in South East London and North Kent. The Project Manager will get the opportunity to manage projects up to £10M in value.
The work will be civils works within a rail environment including platform extentions, escalators, lift shafts, foot bridges, stair cases and other minor civils works as well as some building works which include refurbishment, new build and fit out in stations.
Key requirements:
To have primary experience with the a sub or main contractor
5- 10 years minimum experience within the Rail industry
PTS is ideal
