SITE MANAGER MAIN CONTRACTOR CENTRAL LONDON REFURB/ RAIL 42,000 + PACKAGE NEGOTIABLE

The company is a leading national civil engineering and high end refurb and fit out contractor and are seeking a Site Manager to look after multi discipline fast track schemes with a fit out/refurb bias. The right person will have a good eye for detail and be a proactive manager capable of leading the site team. The initial project the Site Manager will work on is for a £4M rail refurbishment project based in East London.

They are looking to expand their site based team in London after being extremely successful in winning a number of rail and fit out and refurb projects which includes the high profile rail Schemes.They have rail schemes that have already began, and schemes that will be starting over the next few months of which value between £1M to £15m in value.

The Site Manager will be responsible for onsite health and safety, they will be required to produce Work Package Plans, task briefings and issue to contractors, programme management liaison and management of contractors, communicate with clients representatives and staff, be capable of producing weekly reports, KPI's, have experience of close call reporting and tool box talks. Be competent with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, preferably with experience of 4Projects document management system.

Essential Requirements:
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- Three day first aid at work.
- A Site Manager on projects of over £1M
- Have fit out/construction experience
- Be happy to travel into East/Central London each day

Ideally will have/be:
- PTS (Although not essential)
- Rail Experience (Although not essential)
