My client is looking for an experienced and focused Account Manager to join their friendly and hard-working team.
They are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

Duties include:
- Managing the communication
- Setting up all Client Pricing, based on agreed Margin
- Category Management for live ranges, ensuring product best fits target
- Working with Purchasing
- Ownership of Monthly Sales & Margin Budget are met, review Budgets each week
- Key contact for Vendors with our Key clients
- Planning and Briefing Operations and DC team
- Key point of contact with Clients, and Internal Departments
- Take a pro-active role in New Business Development
- Support and Develop New Format Initiatives throughout the whole process
- To promote and implement best practice across Department and Group Businesses
- To participate in Business Development projects and initiatives to progress the department and its service to customers.
- To demonstrate flexibility in supporting the department's service commitments during the business peak periods including working additional hours when required

Skills and requirements:

- Ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Ability to build strong relationships, and Communicate at all Levels
- Attention to Detail
- PC Literate

Experience of working in a performance driven environment using KPI's and SLA's, with focus on the Client is essential. You must also have experience working with big companies such as Tesco, Asda and Debenhams ect.
