One of the world's top media consultancies is looking to add to its Customer Support team in the City of London. Joining a small close-knit team, the front line of this highly successful and friendly media business, you'll be building relationships via phone and external meetings, and helping to maximise revenue and grow the customer base. The task is:
- Working with the company's on-line data platform, which supplies advertisers and ad agencies with valuable information on competitors' marketing activity.
- Supporting clients by training them to use the company's system, running a helpdesk and creating marketing reports.
This is a fun role in a stable team in a company that has thrived and grown right through the downturn and has great products and services. To be considered you'll need a background of success in a B2B customer-facing role and have an understanding of the media (advertising space and time) planning process, preferably gained through experience at an ad agency, media owner or alongside a marketing department.
