A very experienced senior operations manager required to lead this progressive group of nurseries nationally.
You will need to have senior management experience at Operations level supporting the overall running of all the settings and quality within a group together with outstanding financial attributes.
You will be responsible for the entire operations, including delivery of outstanding quality, care and education, delivery of the financial expectations, excellent customer service and be responsible for the senior management teams, reporting directly to the Director and Board.
You will need:-
* Multi site experience
* 2 years plus experience of Senior Operational roles
* A minimum of 5 years experience in the Childcare sector
*Qualified in Childcare to Degree level
*Passionate and Inspirational in working for a leading provider
