As Product Manager for our Mobile Security portfolio you will be fully responsible for the security and management product portfolio targeted at enterprises, from small businesses to corporates. Mobile Security is a major initiative within Vodafone to ensure customers are confidentially connected at all times, protecting critical customer and business sensitive information across SmartPhone, Tablets and Laptop devices. The portfolio includes products categories such as Mobile Device Management, Mobile anti-malware, User authentication, Managed Mobility Solutions.
You will drive the end-to-end Product Management lifecycle of Mobile Security products including existing in-life products such as Vodafone Secure Device Manager, Good Technology Solution, On Device AntiVirus and User Authentication products and services. You will also be responsible for development of strategy and planning based on market/customer insight to position Vodafone as the default and best in class provider of mobility solutions.
This is a critical role that is at the heart of the enterprise product team. Your portfolio is used by over 25% of enterprise and mid-market customers and represents a significant revenue and margin stream to Vodafone UK. You are responsible for growing the £5m product in market today to over £50m in two years. You will drive the simplification of the portfolio such that customer and operations experience is significantly better whilst maintaining commercial performance throughout.
Your responsibilities in this role will include:
oDefinition and delivery of product roadmaps and propositions to extend the range of solutions that Vodafone offers to Enterprise customers.
oDelivery of great customer experience across public sector products and services measured via NPS and satisfaction scores
oEngagement with customers, sales teams and delivery teams in order to deliver the most effective solutions to meet customer needs
oLeading the definition and execution of Vodafone mobile data solutions for the Enterprise market.
oWorking with sales and segment marketing teams
oAct as the product and service expert within the team.
You will have:
oProven experience within a product management or similar role..
oTechnical acumen (subject matter expertise) in mobile security / mobile data in telecoms
oTrack record of delivering commercial targets from product launches and marketing programmes
oExperience in the Enterprise data product marketplace
oCredible, influential and professional.
oExcellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
oDesire to continually learn and develop knowledge and skills
oSelf motivated, enthusiastic and energetic.
oDesire and drive to continually improve tools and processes.
