Our client is looking to hire a Head of Operations. They are a well respected broker with a strong prime brokerage offering and good coverage across emerging markets.

The successful candidate will lead their operations activities. They require an optimal candidate to have start-up experience and a strong prime brokerage background, good middle office and project management experience is a must. A Deep understanding of buyside prime brokerage needs across both financing and execution is required. You will have dealt with synthetic PB solutions, posess a good knowledge of execution platforms and electronic trading (algos/TCA/post trade services/CSA). It is a pre-requisite to have a good knowledge of stock lending and borrowing as well as repo markets.
