Project Scope:
Everis is looking for a number Business Analyst that can conduct analysis, produce standard deliverables required by the project, and successfully manage the engagement of stakeholders across numerous teams and business areas.

* Support the PM and deliver outputs as defined/agreed. Tracking of key milestones.
* Improvement of Business Processes (process design and implementation).
* Elicit, analyse and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and IT systems. Includes requirement gathering, analysis, business interaction, design and testing.
* Resolve business and technical issues, identifying, challenging and tracking all exceptions to defined strategies, principles, policies and standards and ensuring technical solutions are compliant with IT standards.
* Map As-Is and To-Be processes. Asses impact of changes and its management (comments, training). Identify gaps and key dependencies across areas or work modules.
* Facilitate cross functional workshops as and when needed.
* Prepare presentation materials and conduct detailed analysis.
* Identify potential risk and escalate to the programme manager.

Candidate Profile:
* Banking background (at least 2 years' experience)
* Analytical capabilities and hands-on.
* Strong Business Analysis skills, with a focus on qualitative / documentation analysis.
* Familiarity with requirements and testing methodologies and deliverables
* Familiarity with general project management methodology
* Able to communicate well with a wide range of senior stakeholders - in writing and verbally.
* Able to work productively and efficiently under time pressure
* Able to absorb and interpret information quickly
