Our client is an independent, top 20 global, research driven pharmaceutical company which provides innovative medications to patients within the prescription only, consumer and animal health arenas. With 'blockbuster' drugs within the CNS, cardiovascular and respiratory markets they aim to improve the quality of life of people in the UK and internationally.

We are currently recruiting for a number of experienced pharmaceutical sales representatives to sell a portfolio of market leading prescription only medicines - vacancies are available in the following geographical locations as a result of forthcoming maternity leaves:

SR 3387 South East London
SR 3388 North London

In these roles you will have responsibility for promoting a portfolio of prescription only brands (focussing on diabetes, cardiovascular and respiratory medicine) to healthcare professionals within primary care including GPs, practice Nurses, and retail pharmacists, increasing product sales and providing training and educational support to your customers.

Responsibilit:

* Currently working (or recently worked) as a medical sales rep selling prescription only products within this geographical area
* Strong working relationships with healthcare professionals at primary care level on the territory in question
* Already ABPI qualified
* Ideally posses a degree level education.

The successful applicant will be invited to commence employment as soon as they are able. PLEASE NOTE THAT BOTH OF THE POSITIONS MENTIONED ARE MATERNITY COVER CONTRACTS.

Regardless of your background you will be exceptionally driven, hungry to succeed and be able to demonstrate strong commercial acumen with evidence to support your successes and ability to consistently achieve sales targets; you will have excellent planning, organisation and interpersonal skills with a positive 'can do' attitude which enables you to embrace new challenges and solve problems.

In return, you will be rewarded with a generous basic salary (up to circa £40,000 dependent on experience), plus tax free daily allowance, fully expensed company car, laptop & mobile telephone, pension, private healthcare & performance related bonus along with a host of other benefits.

As with all field based sales roles of this type, a full UK driving license is required (with 6 points or fewer and no previous bans) and all candidates must be eligible to work in the UK on a full time, permanent basis - no working holiday, youth mobility or post study visas, sorry.
