Engaging with clients (sometimes at senior level) to understand what really matters to them in terms of information security, and thus what the key pieces of Business Intelligence are;
Being able (after receiving a suitable amount of training on the analytics engine and its underpinning tools) to work with clients to tailor a solution that best meets the needs of their business, the specifics of their information security environment and their business priorities;
