An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Procurement Analyst or Data Analyst based witihin a major FTSE Financial Services organisation. The company itself has gone through a significant period of transformation and change within their newly re-structured 'greenfield' procurement department.

You will need to possess strong Procurement Analyst, Data Analyst or Finance Analyst skills, preferably with a background in Procurement or experience in Analysing Procurement or Financial data. Your job will be to review past, present and future spend data across all categories within the business, utilising the full range of spend analytics tools at your disposal.

You will need to map out and approach the stakeholders within multiple functions in the business in order to build a clear picture of the spend data, and as such strong stake holder skills are required.

With this data you will help identify future savings opportunities based on past spend data, possessing a high level of commercial savvy to support the incorporation and development of new plans into the central purchasing team.

An ability to network with and influence high level stakeholders will be key to the position in what is a collaborative and forward thinking environment.

Ultimately this is a hands on delivery role in one of the most well respected financial services organisations in the market place.

Experience:

- Procurement Analyst, Finance Analyst or Data Analyst experience, ideally with knowledge in procurement process.
- Commercial savvy with the ability to identify further savings opportunities in the business.
- Superb data analysis skills coupled with excellent Excel skills.
- Experience in using SAP/Oracle or a similar software tool would be an advantage.
- Excellent Stakeholder engagement skills.
