Project Scope:
Responsible for inception, planning, and delivery of one or more IT projects or project phases with associated leadership and management tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ability to report to Senior execs.
* Gathering and consolidating the progress information of the different projects.
* Preparation of the different committees defined in the governance structure.
* Preparation of minutes.
* Planning and managing discrete project implementation activity being able to lead users through changes.
* Create strong plans which can be delivered efficiently.
* Negotiate and agree plans and deadlines with users.
* Interactions with cross-business teams.
* Liaise with and manage teams in remote locations
* Process mapping of TOM
* Managing sign-off to documents and requirements.
* Organization and facilitation of workshops.

Candidate Profile:
* Banking background (at least 5 years' experience)
* Project manager experience (at least 2 years' experience).
* Change Management background.
* Needs to be able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Analytical capabilities and hands-on.

Preferred:
* PMI or Prince2 qualified
