My client is looking for a Purchase Ledger Assistant & Sales Ledger Assistant to cover a Maternity contract until approximately September 2014.
Day to Day duties will include the following:
* Processing of purchase ledger invoices and matching with purchase orders and delivery notes
* Ensuring that invoices are authorised within company guidelines
* Statement reconciliations
* Assisting with all month end and year end procedures
* Aspects of Sales Ledger
As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
* Excellent excel and word
* Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
