An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen for a Senior Category Manager / Head of Procurement focusing on the category of Arcitecture, Construction & Bespoke Property Fit-Out to join a FTSE 100 Luxury Fashion Powerhouse experiencing an unprecedented level of growth and development, bucking the current global downturn in retail, posting continued growth for the last 5 years.

The role focuses on all the management of the senior stakeholder relationships within this crucial category for the organisation, along with defining the strategy and leading high level negotiations for the business, of all Bespoke Arcitecture & Construction in relation to the agressive new build, fit out and re-furbishment stores program, creating unique retail destinations for shoppers in every store.

This program is intended to blur the lines between the digital business and the traditional 'bricks and mortar' retailing creating an online store within the phyiscal world. You will support this new development program by deifning the sourcing stategy within the category, working within an exciting and creatively driven stakeholder environment, engaging at Director level both internally and externally.

You will have excellent collabrative stakeholder engagement skills, with a proven track record of building tangile collabative relationships with senior level stakeholders from day 1 in a fast paced and dynamic organisation, famed for its unique culture and collabrative environment.

Experience:

- Proven prior leadership ability, preferably within luxury fashion, high end fashion, retail or FMCG environment.
- Strong Procurement & Sourcing Skillset.
- Ideally knowledge of Arcitecture, Property, or Bespoke Fit-Out buying for high end retail.
- Proven collabrative stakeholder engagement skills, ideally with some knowledge of a project based environment.
- Strong communication skills with a commercial mindset and entrepreneurial approach.
- Degree or CIPS qualification is desireable.
