One of Europes top Procurement consultancies has a vacancy for a Sourcing Manager to compliment their world class team, and take a key, project delivery role within a newly formed division of their organisation.

Working acorss multi-site organisations, the end clients are currently going through a ground breaking transformation project and as such, these opportunities present a unique chance to manage large scale, complex sourcing projects, under the direction of the procurement consultancy, with a great deal of senior level stakeholder exposure.

There is massive scope for career progression, working within what is regarded as a world class, award winning, procurement team.

The consultancy is looking for commercially minded, strategically focused individuals who are able to look at complex problems from a wider view point than a traditional buyers mindset' and able to think about the box to provide solutions when unexpected situations present themselves.

Stakeholder engagement skills are crucial to success in the position as you will have expose, from day 1, to the senior client base, operating within multiple divisions of the business.

There will be numerous opportunities to lead complex sourcing projects, across numerous categories, giving you an unprecedented level of responsibility that would not be on offer in most organisations.

Ultimately this is a hands on delivery focused, strategic sourcing role for in individual looking to fast track their career progression.

Experience:

- Gravitas to influence at all stakeholder levels.
- Proven track record of managing multiple, complex sourcing projects within a change environment.
- Highly enthusiastic / energetic professionals, keen to progress their procurement career.
- Degree or a professional qualification is desirable, plus some experience in an engineering discipline or Consultancy experience.
