My client is an award winning Law Firm, who has offices based throughout the Northwest. My client has grown from strength to strength over recent years, however they have not lost their "family" feel and team ethos.
An excellent opportunity has become available to join their successful team based in Leigh, Lancashire as a Case Management Developer. Legal IT experience is essential for this role.
 
The role:
* To assist in training staff on the clients main applications and ensure training materials are available.
* To deliver IT workshops and presentations when required.
* Develop and maintain case management systems
* Respond to and resolve Case Management problems and maintain a log of any such problems.
* Liaison with all departments to assess requirements and developments.
* Case Management support including on site initial support, telephone support and liason within the team.
* Assist with general IT support when needed.
* Design course materials, handouts, manuals when needed.

Person Specification:
* MUST have Case Management development experience within a Law Firm.
* Designing and delivering training.
* Excellent problem solving and analysis skills
* Ability to deliver training/explanations in a confident manner
* Be able to build successful working relationships
