Business Analyst (Financial/Accounting Software) - Industry Market Leader

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in a Financial/Accounting software environment to join a large market leading software house based in Bedford, Bedfordshire. As the successful candidate you will have had some exposure to working in an Agile environment in previous roles, but is not essential.

As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for eliciting requirements from customers and documenting these in a way which facilitates the development and resting of software to support their customer's key processes. Our client is a market leader offering a wide range of Business Management Software functionality.

This is an exciting time to join the team as they are currently investing large amounts into their accountancy/financial modules in all areas from Financial Reporting to Accounting Workflows and Budget Planning.

This fantastic opportunity for a Business Analyst has arisen to join the market leader and be responsible for ensuring their financial/accounting software is delivered to fit purpose and support their customer's processes now and in the future.
You will act as the Product Owner as well as working in a DSDM Atern project delivery environment.

Skills required for the role of Business Analyst (Financial/Accounting Software) are:

* Previous experience gathering and eliciting requirements, documenting and communicating solutions is also important.
* Working with Financial/Accounting Systems and software
* Ideally you will have knowledge and experience working in an Agile environment, but this is not essential.
* Excellent communication skills

Any skills in BPMN /Process Modelling, UML, DSDM Atern, UX Analysis and/or Microsoft TFS / Team Foundation Server would be ideal but not essential.
