The Role:

An excellent opportunity has arisen with a worldwide global leader within the orthopaedic arena. This opportunity will be focussed on their Spinal product portfolio covering the Central London area. The reason for the vacancy is they are looking to expand the team due to the success they are experiencing.

* Involved in selling Spinal portfolio for one of the market leading global players in orthopaedics
* Reporting directly to your regional sales manager, you will manage and develop a sales territory and ensure sales targets are achieved and appropriate technical support is provided to all customers within your designated product portfolio
* The relationships that are built with the surgeons are very rewarding; once they are established you will become more than a salesperson but a partner to the surgeon.
* Achieving sales targets by the implementation of European and UK strategic plans.
* Responsible for maintaining excellent customer service and support levels within hospitals in your sales territory, including the maintenance and developing of territory business plans.
* To represent the company in a compliant and professional fashion.
* Responsible for devising a business plan on territory that exceeds sales targets and effective territory management.

The Person:

* Knowledge of the orthopaedic/spinal industry including relevant competitor products, desirable but not essential
* They will consider backgrounds from outside of orthopaedics/spine. An excellent opportunity to move into this field.
