A Global Investment Bank are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who has ideally had experience of working with Audit team, you will be responsible for ensuring all the user requirements are defined and also supporting the Head of Technology in delivering all IT Systems related projects across Internal Audit globally.

Responsibilities for the Business Analyst:

* Working closely with the Audit teams to understand and document their business needs is a key part of the role
* The jobholder is expected to manage and/or coordinate Audit systems related projects and IT operational tasks

For the Business Analyst you must have experience of the following skills:

* Extensive Business Analyst and problem solving experience
* Ability to assess new requests and provide options (Clear Choices)
* IT professional experience with proven ability in IT PM/Programme Management including overall E2E responsibility throughout the system development life cycle
* A wide knowledge of IT hardware, software, operations, and networks
* A track record of delivering complex projects and/or programmes, utilising appropriate techniques and tools to ensure and measure success
* Experience working in relevant environment/s, i.e. Internal Audit Function within a Financial Services organisation is desirable
* Role relevant qualifications, i.e. Graduate with professional IT and/or IT Audit qualifications
* Experience Working with offshore IT and business resources
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to cope with pressure and tight deadlines and be change oriented.
* A good knowledge of the Group and its IT strategy, regulatory standards and internal policies (preferable)
* Availability to undertake the travel required for this role, i.e. there may be occasional international travel
