An IT Support Analyst is required to join a leading niche e-commerce and retail company in Gloucester.

Ideally the IT Support Analyst will have experience of providing a wide range of first line IT support in an office environment, and be keen to develop their experience in a growing company.

The company is looking to grow their IT team and to support a lot more of their IT needs in-house, and as a result are keen to find a versatile IT Support Analyst to join them. It is an excellent opportunity to get hands on with a wide range of technology, including simple printer fixes, desktop faults, and basic server and networking issues.

Experience with the following technologies would be highly beneficial;
* Windows Server 2008 R2
* Exchange and Active Directory
* Office 2013 / 365
* Avaya Telephone Systems
* Windows XP, 7, 8
* Linux - Ubuntu

You will have a keen and friendly outlook and be very customer focused. Experience dealing with issues in person and remotely over the phone will be vital, and with your enthusiasm and keen interest for growth, you will be able to grow your skill set as the company grows their IT plans. You will be a self starter and able to use your own initiative and enjoy the challenge of fixing issues yourself.
