SITE RAIL REFURBISHMENT/FIT OUT CONTRACTOR £38-40K + Package EAST LONDON RAIL REFURB FIT OUT

My client is a successful family owned contractor that operates in the nationally and specifically a lot of their work is in the southern counties. They specialise in rail construction works and this includes heavy civil, fit out, commercial, Rail, Building, Civil Engineering sectors. They complete works including Fit out, New build, Rail Refurbishment, Station concourse development, building and upgrading of car parking areas The company has a relaxed and friendly culture and have become successful due to their determination and competitiveness within the market. The company has experienced high growth within the market and have an incredibly healthy order book.

Due to this increased work load, they are now seeking a hardworking and ambitious Rail Site Manager to join their production team in the East London area. The site manager will be required to look after one large site or multiple smaller sites in the London region.

The key requirements for the position are:
To have a current SMSTS, CSCS & Three day first aid at work
Have managed projects of varied sizes ranging up to £4M
Recent experience working for a contractor in the UK
Have not moved jobs more often than every 2 years on average
Experience of multi discipline fast track schemes
Have a good eye for detail
Be a proactive manager capable of leading the site team
Be competent in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook and preferably experience of 4Projects document management system
