A well established firm in Bolton are looking to recruit a Clinical Negligence Paralegal / Fee Earner due to continued expansion. The firm specialise in Personal Injury, RTA, Clinical Negligence and Disease cases but are also looking to expand into Commercial disciplines such as Employment Law and Real Estate with a view to becoming a full service law firm in 2013.
The Role
Depending on experience, the role will involve managing a caseload of either pre-litigated or post-litigated claimant clinical negligence files from inception through to completion. All applicants should have a minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role.
The firm offer extensive training and there is real scope to gain litigation experience if you have only dealt with pre-litigated files previously. There is also an attractive bonus scheme and the firm reward hard work generously.
Good IT skills are essential as are effective time management and the ability to work well under pressure. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a thriving company that offer support and opportunities to continue progressing. The firm also offer up to 8 training contracts per year.
