Overview
The Trading Credit Risk Support Team provides end to end support to the Credit Risk Business functions. This person will need to be dynamic, managing business queries and technical issues in a timely fashion.
The Trading Credit Risk Support Team covers all work corresponding to Credit Risk and is split into 3 main categories: Trading Credit Risk Application Support Trading Credit Risk Application Development through an on-going number of enhancement and projects Trading Credit Risk Application System DBA providing system optimal plan and liaising with the DBA and Infrastructure team on system implementation
Key Responsibilities :
To own and to resolve relevant production issues, typically 1st, 2nd and 3rd line
Risk Systems problems for a globally-distributed user base Responsive
- ensure business requirements are met with minimal supervision or guidance
To test and implement system enhancements, Maintenance and upgrades
To deploy project work onto production systems
To undertake out-of-hours support inclusive of (overnight/weekend/bank holiday) on a rota basis
To escalate to the Team leader/Manager in case of any issue and emergencies
To liaise with users for BAU problems or requests
To resolve issues with interface feeds related to the credit risk systems Credit Risk Business Knowledge of Real Time critical interfaces and batch's Good Communication

Self-Motivated Fluency in spoken English
Good communication skills, especially verbal (including telephone) and written Inter-personal skills, especially when dealing with difficult users
