We are looking to recruit a talented Export Sales Administrator. Working for an UK leading company of supply of welding torches and equipment.
Duties/tasks
* To ensure the smooth running of the Export Sales Administration Office
* To have excellent Customer Services skills
* Answering telephone and dealing with queries
* Processing and dispatching of sales orders
* Liaising with suppliers and customers
* Providing administrative support to a business exporting team
* Sales ( new business and sales leads)
* Problem solving skills
* Dealing with all sales quotes
* General administration duties
Essential skills and experience:
* Export administration experience
* Good telephone Manner
* Good attitude to work
* Good organizational skills
* Excellent Microsoft Excel/word/outlook skills
* Full, Clean UK Drivers Licence & own car
* Well presented
* Good communication skills
* Attention to detail / accuracy
* Work well under pressure
