This is an outstanding opportunity to join a globally recognised FMCG business based in Berkshire, as their Marketing Innovation Manager. The purpose of this role is to drive the consumer led long term innovation agenda for the company. This will involve responsibility for defining, and gaining agreement for, the long term innovation activities to be initiated in the UK.
The Marketing Innovation Manager will work closely with the Global Brand Teams , UK segment leaders/Brand directors, and internal innovation teams worldwide to understand their innovation pipeline, challenge and improve the existing pipeline, map these against the growth drivers from the Category Vision and identify which initiatives are critical to UK growth . The Marketing Innovation Manager will need to be passionate (especially about innovation), have great inter - personal skills influencing and managing multiple stakeholders working out of their head office in Berkshire. Key responsibilities include:

- Developing with R&D a summary of all global innovation projects
- Defining and gaining alignment for the long term innovation opportunities to be initiated in the FMCG UK market
- Translate product ideas into branded concepts with clear consumer/shopper and customer benefits which drive category growth
- Leading cross functional teams to build concepts into tangible business solutions to be assessed via a Desirable/ Viable/ Feasible lens
