My client is undergoing a large procurement transformation programme across Europe. Seeking a Senior IT Category Manager to lead the strategy for all IT Spend.
You will be in charge of leading a procurement team and all IT Category spend and below are the key responsibilities:
-Design and implement category plans on a strategic and tactical basis across all IT spend. Such as: Hardware, Software, Telco, managed services and outsourcing. Across Europe
-Driving procurement across the business to key stakeholders. Building business partner relationships with both stakeholders and suppliers.
-Work closely as a business partner to internal stakeholders ranging from Head of IT to CIO and MDs of the organisation.
-Implement supplier management plans and manage supplier reviews for strategic purposes.
To apply you must have experience within the IT procurement arena and have worked for a large/blue chip organisation. Have managed complex negotiations and have dealt with outsourcing projects.
