Global franchise brand with operations in 150 countries, is now set to appoint a Buyer / Category Manager to join its commercial trading team based in Sleaford, Lincolnshire.
Manage and deliver the range of products and services available to franchise and retail partners
Maximise sales, costs and margin
Negotiate with 3rd party suppliers
Range review and pricing strategy
Reporting, trend analysis and forecasting
Work with Marketing to develop appropriate Marketing literature / campaigns
Develop campaigns o drive sales andpenetrationnetraton
Develop a promotional / seasonal calendar
Competitor analysis
Ideal candidates will have in-depth buying or category management experience. Be highly analytical and commercial with excellent negotiations skills. You will have worked in a commercial or category role in a FMCG / retail environment and may have had exposure to a B2B environment.
