What You'll Be Doing

Working within the Marine division of Specialist Holidays Group, supporting the Sunsail, Moorings and LeBoat brands, our business delivers exceptional holiday experiences on the water throughout the world. The brands customers are sourced primarily from the UK, the US, France and Germany, with additional presences across northern and southern Europe, South Africa and Australia. This is a global role that will require working across brands and source market teams, with some international travel likely.

You'll lead a team that will identify, specify, deliver and maintain a range of online platforms including currently a Drupal-driven global e-commerce presence, plus other mobile apps and services that are all designed to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You'll also work closely with our source markets and Executive teams to identify the pipeline of work required to improve the online proposition across our web, mobile and talent channels.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience developing and successfully delivering complex B2C e-commerce websites and mobile apps
- Effective team player with ability to lead and direct others in a cross-functional group
- Management of external agencies and suppliers
- Understanding of the technical underpinnings of the web
- Knowledge and understanding of different styles of project management methods and tools including Agile, Lean and Prince 2
- Delivery to time and budget, across multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of, and passion for sailing an advantage
